How to become part of our family!

Step one: Fill out the New Swimmer Application , Medical Release , and USA Swimming Registration forms. After you have completed these documents, bring them to the tryout.

Step Two: Attend a swim tryout. At the tryout, a coach will place your child into a practice group and answer any questions you may have about the overall program. If you cannot attend one of the dates given below please call 305 776-2592  /  305 776-2592 to arrange a tryout.

Step Three: Once your child has been placed into a practice group, review the Code of Conduct or the Young Swimmer Code of Conduct and sign the form along with your swimmer. Review and sign the Parent Code of Conduct form. Send in all the forms (USA swimming, application, release, swimmer and parent codes of conduct) along with your payment to address given on the application.

Step Four: Review the New Swimmer Check List and Family Service Points documents provided below. Also, regularly check this website. This is where you will find updated information on practice and meets. Welcome to the ROCKWAY Family!
